If I take one tablet, I get intense diarrhea about an hour after taking it, so I cut it into quarters with a pill cutter. Even with just a quarter, it's obvious that my face gets red and flushed, so now I use one-sixth. I think drinking as much water as possible when taking it helps to avoid diarrhea.
It's extremely effective as an ED drug. Not only does it make me hard as a rock, but it also doesn't make me ejaculate quickly while still feeling good.

Maybe it's because of my age, but I've been feeling a bit impotent, and when I looked into it, I found out that there's a drug that can cure premature ejaculation!
I tried it right away, and I was able to enjoy it about three times more than before.
I still felt good after ejaculating 2-3 times, but I was at the limit of my stamina, so I gave up.
If it has this much effect every time, I think I'll work out a little and build up my stamina.

The pain was so intense it felt like my stomach was about to tear, and I even vomited stomach acid.
Whether I could get an erection or not was a secondary concern, there was no way I could have sex in this state.

I took half a pill at first, but after a few hours there was no effect, so I took another half, but it had no effect at all. I usually take Cialis, but I don't get any of the typical sensations that come with that drug. I didn't have any stomach pain, but I did feel a little nauseous and lethargic.

At first I was skeptical.
I take one tablet about 3 hours before going to bed.
I don't have any side effects like diarrhea, but when it starts to work, I get a strange feeling in my hip joints. It's definitely effective for sex.
