I always take half a tablet. It's comfortable and I don't get a headache. It has excellent staying power, but the effect may be weakened by alcohol, a full stomach, or other physical conditions.

When I first started taking it, I suffered from headaches, which seemed to be a side effect, but I guess my body gradually got used to it, so I don't get headaches anymore when I take it. I didn't have much ED symptoms to begin with, and it only occasionally gets worse when I'm tired, but the more serious thing is premature ejaculation, and since I started taking Super Kamagra, I've become more confident about it. I took it on an empty stomach.
