After reading reviews and finding out that it was effective for both premature ejaculation and ED, I bought Super Kamagra thinking it would be the perfect drug for me. I thought premature ejaculation was a side effect of ED medication. I didn't know there was a drug that contained premature ejaculation prevention drugs. I bought it right away. I'm looking forward to using it.

It's good that it's getting really hard and it takes longer to cum, but the effect is a bit short-lived...

I was afraid of the side effects from the reviews, so I tried taking half a tablet.
I suffer from premature ejaculation, so although it does have some preventative effect, I definitely ejaculated prematurely the first time as expected lol
However, from the second time onwards, I was able to go straight into the second round without my penis going limp.
It was the first time I'd lasted this long during penetration, and even though my partner was young, I was satisfied lol
I'm 46 years old, and it gave me confidence lol

Up until now...
I would come in no time...

In my case, half to one-third of the recommended amount is enough to achieve sufficient effectiveness, hardness, and duration, but the problem is that I feel the urge to defecate about 30 minutes after taking it.

This is my fourth time taking it, but each time I take it, my body gets used to it and the side effects go away. I've always had a very strong libido and was confident in my erections, but with this drug I was able to maintain an angle I've never seen before for a long time. I don't suffer from premature ejaculation, but it did feel like my glans was numb to some extent. During a threesome the other day, I was able to ejaculate six times in one night and was able to satisfy both women quite well. As for the duration of the drug, I felt that it became a little less effective after about three hours. It may be because I'm losing stamina, but I'm sure the drug is working.

I've bought it several times. I'm satisfied with both premature ejaculation and erection, and I can't imagine a sex life without it, but recently I've been getting diarrhea as a side effect.
I might try something else.
I get it perfectly with a tablet 30 minutes before sex.
