I heard that it works faster if you take it on an empty stomach, so I drank it at night and in the morning without eating and ended up throwing up. I also had a flushed face and stuffy nose, so I don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach. Instead, it gives you the best erection.
Next time I'll try taking it after eating.

The first time it didn't last that long! The second time, I had to wait until I thought it wouldn't work! Side effects: I've never had these with medicine, but I had a hot flush, headache, diarrhea, etc. The side effects lasted quite a long time, so maybe a spray would be better.
